Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We used Wrike to manage projects, assign deadlines for completion and keep track of progress.
During meetings, we could see the status of all projects and check for timely completion of assignments.
The Gantt chart is particularly useful for this purpose.
The function to add recurring tasks or program reminders also was tremendously helpful.
  • Tracking progress
  • Comparing between projects
  • Programing activities
  • Creating more interactive displays
  • Using AI tools to find information (specifications, data)
  • Set goals for completion for each person's assignments
  • Better rate of project completion
  • Heightened awareness on employees about tasks
  • Clarity on project progress rate
We haven't tested any other program like Wrike, this was our first experience.
Maybe smartsheets, but never used it formally, only when required by a customer for a punctual assignment.
For now, we handle projects with spreadsheets and emails, but there is no formal tool to assess the progress of ongoing projects.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

No

Wrike works very well when a dedicated person or team are managing projects, but when there's no direct human supervision it could become hard to follow.
Data presentation on Gantt charts is a great feature, didn't dwell much more to see if there were alternative ways to present data in Wrike.
