Wrike a supportive Project Management program

Wrike is an essential tool in our organization. We utilize Wrike to track contracts from beginning to end, identify and track time and effort in tasks, organize our work, and ensure that no person is overloaded with the expectations that arise. It assists us with grant reporting and aligning our KPIs and our SMART goals with the work that we are doing. As a time and effort tracker, it allows us to understand better the work people are doing and determine if that is what we need to do. It provides metrics to see about hiring staff and reports to our stakeholders about their needs. Wrike is ultimately customizable and can fit within each department based on its specific use case.
