We use Wrike in our organization to keep track of projects and business-as-usual tasks and it makes a major difference. It's easy to use, customizable, has powerful reports and dashboards and the learning curve is fast.
It addresses the business problems of resource allocation and prioritization. Also provides valuable information and insights for our higher management to understand and negotiate for more resources or investments to delivery projects and tasks on time. I definitely recommend Wrike and it's the best tool available at the market.

The difference between Wrike to other tools in the market is that you can use it to manage complex projects and also to control business-as-usual tasks. Another positive point is the customizable reports and dashboards, I did not find that flexibility in other competitors and that was the main reason why we selected Wrike as our tool.
