Overall Satisfaction with Xero

I was a daily user of Xero for 2.5 years at my previous position. Xero is an all-inclusive accounting program that sync'd quite well with our client management program Clio. It is very user-friendly.

  • Handling IOLTA accounts
  • Invoice syncing from Clio
  • Good pricing
  • Easy to learn so little turnaround time for new users
Gusto is payroll oriented but there are similarities in the software being user-friendly.
I like how intuitive and easy Xero is to use. The software developers are constantly improving on features to make the accountant or bookkeeper's job more streamlined and efficient. To produce accurate IOLTA accounting is a little more tedious and requires a workaround.
