Overall Satisfaction with Xero
Xero allows me to neatly and accurately keep my books in good order while storing all data in the cloud so it can be accessed anywhere. I use Xero for my [organization] for all bookkeeping, payroll, expenses[,] and taxation purposes. It also integrates with my point of sale which makes recording sales and revenue data extremely easy.

Xero has always been easy and intuitive to use. I very, very rarely require help using it and when I do, searching the help database usually solves the problem. I taught myself how to use Xero when starting my business and, since then, have always appreciated how easy it is to use and how rich and valuable the data is that it produces. I strongly believe that the strength of my business is in part due to the way I have been able to keep tidy books with Xero.
Being cloud-based means that I can access Xero and my company data from anywhere. I have been able to travel around the world and be quite distant from my business, yet still be able to keep firm control over its finances. Thanks to the cloud, it's entirely feasible for me to be able to oversee and run my business while not being in its physical location, which is extremely liberating and allows me to work flexibly.
Xero's integration with other software is more often than not a quick, easy process. It does often require detailed knowledge of accounting practices and the chart of accounts, but if you're a competent administrator then it's very easy to tee up integrations. I currently have Xero integrated with Deputy, Kounta, and more, which makes overall business administration streamlined and less reliant on manual data entry.

Xero is well suited to my [organization] across all facets of the business. It easily handles payroll which is integrated with our Deputy account for a completely streamlined payroll process that requires very little user input. It also syncs with our point of sale, Lightspeed (Kounta) which removes any need for manual sales/revenue data entry. Managing expenses and bills to pay is also extremely easy, quick, and intuitive.
