Overall Satisfaction with Yooz

We use Yooz for vendor invoice capture, coding, approvals and export into our financial software solution.

Pros

  • OCR for invoice capture
  • Ease of use
  • Routing for approvals

Cons

  • Purchase order module requires some refinements before we can use it
  • Eliminated a head count and saved $50k CAD per year
We chose Yooz because of the price and ease of use and that it checked most of the boxes
