Overall Satisfaction with Zapier
I use it for lead forms that come in through google ads. The data from the form arrives comfortably to my e-mail.
It also helps me when capturing variables in the url and filling them in the fields of each contact form in ActiveCampaign. Zapier makes every automation you need easy to configure and very intuitive.

- Automation of repetitive tasks
- Lots of app integrations and constant updates
- Ease of use for people with little knowledge
- Limited Editing Capability: Sometimes after creating a Zap and wanting to edit it, it may be necessary to re-create the entire Zap from scratch
- Difficulty when you reach the limit of tasks that you have assigned for your plan. It would be a very good option to be able to reset the monthly usage or something similar.
- If you have a high volume of tasks or zaps, the price may be somewhat high

I personally chose it for the wide variety of integrations it has. I can connect to any app I need to use. Also, they are always adding new ones. The ease of use is an important factor for me and its simple and fast interface. For the use that I give it, it seems to me that the price is very affordable and saves you other much higher costs.
