Overall Satisfaction with Zapier

We enjoy using Zapier for most of our API connections, both internal and external. The automation and workflows work instantly are quite intuitive to understand even by employees that are not IT related or tech savy. We integrate market specific tools as well as our global suite via it and have data flowing and interactions going between all systems via Zapier. Zapping works perfectly even for advanced processes that require certain layers, filters, and steps.

UI-wise it is one of the best automation tools available currently in the market, the learning curve is there and as one develops more automations they can find themselves improving their point of view on scalability.
It is reliable, it always tells and shows what goes on in the background. I feel that Zapier had been transparent with us all the time.
