Zenefits low-cost all in one solution was an ideal option for our HR, benefits, and payroll needs. Rather than managing different vendors for these services, Zenefits made an easy to use interface, built around simplicity an easy choice. Our payroll and benefits administrators have been using the service for over 3 years without any issues.

Usability

The interface is simple and intuitive. They have a great management console which gives a birds eye view of your organization which takes the complexity of managing payroll, benefits, and HR. The feature to have shared admins allows us to assign appropriate ownership to each focus area. The system is straight forward and very user friendly.

Support Rating

The Zenefits team has been very responsive and helpful with any questions that arise. We have had very few support tickets, but when we have requested help we received very personable and useful assistance. We've interacted with the team over both email and phone and I would give them strong customer service marks.
