Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits

My company uses Zenefits for benefits and payroll management. All departments use it for full-time and contracting employees.
  • Easy-to-use, attractive user interface.
  • Simple to set and use benefits management.
  • Simple payroll management and history.
  • IT support sometimes slow.
  • Can be difficult for middle managers to properly assign direct reports.
  • Our whole company now has a clear picture into our PTO and benefits policies and practices.
Zenefits has been an easy platform for us to use since starting with it a few years ago. The platform received a visual overhaul early on when we were using it and that was to everyone's benefit. The user experience both on the platform itself but also for the communications via email, app notification, etc. have been simple and easy to use as well.
While the platform is easy to use, no platform is without it's quarks. When reaching out for IT support in the past, their team has been helpful, but a little slower than desired.
