Overall Satisfaction with Zenefits
It is being used across our company for Payroll, Benefits Administration and HR Admininstration (hiring, compliances, onboarding, etc.). It solves the business problem or need to automate the administration of the above tasks as well as allowing employees to self administer their HR/payroll/benefits needs. This allowed us to manage HR consistently across the company, avoid hiring new FTEs to do this administration, and provide ease of access to information for our employees.

It is well suited for small or larger companies that don't want to spend the money and time on manually administering benefits and payroll. It may be less appropriate for companies that are very small and may not be adding staff that often or prefer to do payroll processing with another company.
