Overall Satisfaction with Zerto

Zerto is currently performing our DR processes across the corporation. Over 100 VM servers are being protected including multiple user file servers. The average RPO is less than 10 seconds across all machines running between California and datacenters located in the Midwest. The platform is so easy to use that the number of staff with the knowledge to run the DR process greatly increased.

We have not had to use support much but the couple of times we have reached out they responded quickly.

Overall Zerto has been very easy to use for our staff.
The subscription model is OK but can get expensive at higher licensing counts.
Zerto is well suited for virtualized environments that require short RPO windows. It has some challenges with high transaction volume SQL servers, however, we have not experienced issues with any other types of servers.
