Overall Satisfaction with Zerto

Zerto has provided us with an RPO that no other product could provide. We use it for backup and DR for our most critical systems that require next to zero data loss. Zerto provides great built-in tools to test recovery without disrupting protection and every year we use it to test DR recovery.
  • Next to zero data loss between protected server and recovery site.
  • Testing recovery.
  • Works great with cloud solutions.
  • Maybe more detail on what it's doing during the progress bar.
  • Better clarification on testing or recovering only one server in a VGP.
  • Best RPO we have ever had.
  • Provides the best built in tools to run DR test without affecting production.
  • One button push for test environment cleanup.
Sorry but no support is a 10, however, their support has always been very good and responsive.

Zerto is very easy to use and configure. Adding servers to be protected is simple and very informative regarding the steps needed.
My only complaint is that they changed the licensing while we were a customer and some of the newer features are now addons or an upgrade to our licensing model.
In situations where backups or recovery requires next to zero data loss. While zero is almost impossible, Zerto provides the closest to zero I have been able to find.
