Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

Ziflow is a solution that has been integrated with our primary production system and is being used for the purpose of review and approval for various file formats, from print to moving images. We are leveraging the comprehensive API that Ziflow has to manage users/reviewers/status change and approvals and presenting users with the review/annotation functionality within Ziflow.

  • Clean and concise interface.
  • Great support.
  • Linking storage for handing off data via API to create proof options.
  • 5GB limit on proof creation via API.
  • Users and clients working with a clean annotation tool with a modern interface.

Although some functionality in Frame IO is better for some file types, (particularly Broadcast data), Ziflow was a better all round tool for all Media types.
Ziflow provides a very simple to use annotation tool which users are able to pick up & work with straight away. As an engineer the API was also very simple to work with and the interface was able to be presented to users seamlessly. We are yet to come across a file format that Ziflow does not present well.
