Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's used by a few different departments to review html/css/javascript microsite and landing page builds.

Pros and Cons

Great for hosting different media types.
Perfect for detailed comments and annotating.
Wonderful for sharing content to specific clients.

Being able to recover deleted proofs as a user would be helpful.
Sometimes comments or markups glitch and don't direct to the exact spot they were marked for, causing confusion / need for clarity.

Return on Investment

It's been amazing, and we've seen more clients use it as well, making it that much easier to communicate with the people we're working with/for.
It's far better than the current Workfront which we used before.
Customer Service is PROMPT, and always willing to help as much as possible when an issue occurs.

Ziflow is a far superior product because it doesn't require an app to work through, like Workfront ended up implementing.
The attention to detail and supreme customer service also makes working with them a breeze!

Ziflow is excellent for reviewing early or late stages of a HTML build or detailed graphic.
Ziflow is also super detailed and keeps a record of all changes or modifications to a proof, which helps clear up any confusion of who did what, where, and when.

Certain video hosting doesn't play in the Ziflow proof, making it harder to call out specific issues in the middle of a video.

Ziflow stacks up SUPREMELY against any proofing software!
