Ziflow is being used in our creative department to manage marketing changes. It makes communicating client changes with designers easy and efficient. It allows for clarifying questions to be answered in real-time. It also allows us to have full documentation of the development of a product from start to finish.

Workfront

Workfront was very similar however I believe Ziflow was a better business decision.

Ziflow is well suited for any company that needs to create any sort of creative product. It helps PMs, designers, and even sometimes clients communicate all changes that need to be made to a piece. It also allows users to follow all versions and gives users a way to follow the piece all along the way from development to completion.
