Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

Ziflow is being used in our creative department to manage marketing changes. It makes communicating client changes with designers easy and efficient. It allows for clarifying questions to be answered in real-time. It also allows us to have full documentation of the development of a product from start to finish.

Ziflow has increased the efficiency in moving creative content through the organization. By allowing us to share with all parties, and having a public URL that can be shared, it has really reduced the amount of time that it takes for us to make changes and have clients approve creative content.
Ziflow's collaboration feature has greatly improved the organization's content review and approval process. It has helped us share our content across all teams including creative, client, and account executives.

Workfront was very similar however I believe Ziflow was a better business decision.
Ziflow is well suited for any company that needs to create any sort of creative product. It helps PMs, designers, and even sometimes clients communicate all changes that need to be made to a piece. It also allows users to follow all versions and gives users a way to follow the piece all along the way from development to completion.
