Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
Ziflow is used to review all graphics produced by our design team, predominantly by the Marketing Department for promotional graphics and product development. It allows the entire international team to quickly and efficiently review items.
- Implement feedback.
- Display graphics.
- Multitude of options on HOW to mark up review items.
- Interface is busy - many items hidden under various menus.
- Allowed us to quickly get feedback on items.
Allows for quick feedback on current AND old items. Of the proofing software we have used in the past - it's the best of them all at organizing active proofs and for easily accessing older archived proofs.
It has not changed the approvals process that has been in place so much that its allowed for more people to be involved when larger review teams or for progression (or phases) of the review process to be more easily implemented.

Proof organization and searching older archived proofs is superior in Ziflow than any previous software used. Ziflow is far more feature rich than the competition but that also makes it more complicated for new users to adjust to. Thankfully the development team is also the most responsive to questions I've used and are the most willing to implement feedback they receive than any other I've worked with.
