I like Ziflow better because the UI is more friendly. Codeproof was a bit too wordy for our team. The interface for Ziflow is also easier to use, and it was easy to find older proofs.
It is good when you're trying to mock up changes to a web page. It's possible to specify which areas need change, and it's very easy to specify the changes that are required. I've noticed that there are times when the file uploaded does not match the source file. We have no figured out a way to fix that, but have just found a way to work around it.
