Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow to check proof documents for print so that a larger team can check, make comments, and approve files. It also cuts down on the number of email threads that this job used to involve and allows for a very clear approval process.
- Clear approval status of files.
- Shares comments from approval team.
- Can assign a deadline for approval.
- It would be good to be able to add notes to the approvers.
- It would be good if you have a set group of approvers, rather than having to add them each time individually.
- It would be good if the system automatically prompted people who were getting close to the deadline for approval.
- Saved time due to less email threads needing to be sent.
- It is now clear when a file has had approval and when it hasn't.

Ziflow has streamlined our efforts in terms of our checking and approval process. Being able to upload new versions of files has also allowed more clarity for the checkers. Previously we would do everything by email attachments, and it would be very difficult to work out where a file was up to in terms of approval - this would involve a lot of manual checking. Whereas with Ziflow, we have clarity, and when something needs to change, we can upload a new version of the proof.
It is easy to view comments within Ziflow. We have it set up so that it emails our creative team with any changes that are needed. It is helpful that you can highlight the exact point/word/image for a comment so that there is clarity on what the reviewer is commenting on.
