Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow

We're a commercial house that uses Ziflow primarily for reviewing videos, both internally and client-facing. Being able to leave precise comments with clear instructions on how to change/fix things has been essential for us, and Ziflow's clean, bug-free interface has made our workflow simpler while still offering all the features we need.

Pros

  • Clean, easy-to-use interface.
  • Powerful commenting and annotating tools--leave notes directly in videos.
  • Solid, simple file management and project workflow (e.g., deciding who sees/reviews what versions).

Cons

  • Ability to change thickness of on-screen markups (shapes, lines, etc.).
  • The elegant workflow has made sharing and coordinating projects easier and more efficient.
  • It has improved our client relationship by offering them an easy way to leave feedback.

We switched from Workfront (when it was still ProofHQ) and have been very happy with the transition. The feature set is similar, but Ziflow's interface is cleaner, more intuitive, and less wonky.
Adobe Premiere Pro, Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), Logic Pro X
It's a great, powerful solution if you're looking for a clean, elegant workflow in video proofing.
