Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
One team at our agency is currently using Ziflow. We use it to solve the problem of how to manage creative feedback from a large stakeholder group with visibility and transparency between them.
Pros
- Makes marking up changes easy.
- Helps keep clients on time email reminders.
- Helps keep project manager on track with dashboard of proofs.
Cons
- I'd like an even more robust dashboard with more sorting features.
- The search feature is a little confusing and sometimes I can't find proofs I know are in the system.
- I'd also like more of like a kanban style board of where proofs are in the process for at a glance knowledge of where we are in the process.
- Ziflow has saved us a lot of time as we are not reconciling multiple PDFs and trying to understand contradictory feedback.
- We spend less time chasing down approvals because of the email reminders we can send through Ziflow.
- Clients provide clearer feedback because of the clear markup tools in Ziflow.
Zilfow has streamlined our process and it is much easier to get approvals from the various approval groups. The workflows that can move proofs from one team to the next are really helpful for us.
The transparency of team members being able to see each others' comments have meant that we save so much time, getting to the bottom of any confusion or conflicting feedback so much sooner than we used to. Ziflow is really ideal for collaboration.
