Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
My organization uses ZIfLow for internal project review and mark-up. We use it at the start of our creative process from the development of copy through layout and editing up to final proof and production. It really streamlines the process and has completely eliminated the need for physical/paper routing.
Pros
- Commenting - Ziflow allows users to communicate with in the job routing.
- Tracking - Users can tag other users in comments or apply colors to their comments.
- Accountability - Ziflow allows our project manager to keep track of the routing stages, set deadlines, and easily see when a project has stalled.
Cons
- You cannot apply multiple tags to comment, for example, if a comment applies to both a copy doc as well as layout edits.
- Improved efficiency.

Ziflow has made paperless routing quick and easy. Progress is trackable and team members are kept on task without being overwhelmed by emails and other notifications. The project manager finds it to be an efficient way to route a job and keep it on time and within budget. Customization allows each user to set up their workspace so that it works best for them.
Communication and commenting are easy with Ziflow. My team can have a trackable discussion and come to a solution without leaving the platform. Projects are easily shared. Progress is easily tracked which allows each user to be prepared for when their stage is opened. All stages of a project can be reviewed and we aren't limited to a single file type to upload like we were in previous applications.

Zoho Assist is clunky and didn't allow for the type of handoff and tracking I expected. The customization we needed was not easily implemented and customer service was slow to respond. The program stopped sending notifications and would not sync when new tickets were added. It became easier to route jobs through email than use the program.
