Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow both internally and client-facing to share design concepts and options. It allows our clients and managers to be able to directly point out areas of a design they want to change or have questions about and eliminates the gap in language between a designer and another professional with no design vocabulary. It also organizes feedback and allows communication about approval.

- Allows users to make visual feedback by drawing arrows and boxes to areas they want to discuss.
- Keeps a great version history where users can see where changes have been made.
- Sometimes the scale for zooming in and out while reviewing a design Proof is too limited.
- I wish there were preset preferences for creating proofs, in terms of who is added to them, whether or not you want a confirmation email, etc. instead of having to choose it every time.
- I think the organization definitions for Active Proofs and Archived Proofs, etc are a little confusing.
- Ziflow is definitely the backbone of our efficiency and organization due to the nature of our work.
- We are able to communicate easily as a team about things that could be hard to talk about in person or over email.
- Our clients usually have positive feedback about the tool and it makes their interactions with our company more positive.
It has very positively impacted it in every way. We would otherwise need to send things over email or something, and leave bullet points with feedback. The review link is very handy because that is the main thing we use to share the proof for review, and it's nice that it always is the updated version and you don't need a new link for each version.
We are able to speak very directly and clearly about what we mean and what we are talking about. It also helps us understand team hierarchy because we know who approves our work and who we need to add to the proof each time. The Approved with Changes button is great so we can complete the proof without having to start the process all over again for a very small change.
