Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow to route projects through team members, including markups, queries, responses, direction, and sign-off. We rely on it for process and who follows who during the route. It replaces job folders where each team member would have to manually mark up each comment and other electronic routing systems like ProofHQ.
Pros
- Commenting — easy to add comments, edit them (as long as you have not commented after the one you'd like to edit), and reply to others
- Label each comment STET, Accept, Reject so the relevant team member knows how to address
- Customizable notifications
Cons
- Zoom feature could be more intuitive
- Seeing the order of who is included in the route would be nice
- Better copy/paste functionality
- Project due date/time
- Improved productivity
- Seamless workflow
- Meet client deadlines
- Time saved
- All team members aligned

Workfront is better in layout and legibility, but Ziflow is not far behind. In all other aspects, Ziflow wins by a landslide. Workfront also has additional features, like seeing what you have due today, this week, etc. Ziflow may want to consider it an option, although sometimes this feature limits your outlook.
