Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
We use Ziflow as a proofing tool in advertising. We have proofs that require many levels of review (proofing, QA, creative, accounts) and we use ziflow to keep it all organized.
Pros
- Creates steps for review to automate the approval process
- Uses annotations and notes to make edits easier to understand
- Gives the ability to create multiple proofs and keep it organized within the interface
Cons
- Sometimes the site can lag when uploading large files
- The new interface is a bit hard to navigate
- Productivity improvements

Ziflow makes it much easier to move proofs through all the rounds of review as it automates this process. I no longer have to send the proof to proofreading first, then QA, then accounts, then the producer, then creative. It makes the whole thing much easier for me, the artist.
Ziflow makes it easier for my team to collaborate. I can easily respond to questions and remarks on the proof without having an entire meeting about it. Creative can drop in screenshots of what they are looking for so it really is a one stop shop for our review process.
