Overall Satisfaction with Ziflow
I use this software, for proofing and for creative review. this software helps me make sure that Everything in the decks that i send is correct and approved and up to par for clients review. I also use this software to send animations and mp4 files through for approval for clients.
Pros
- File management
- Being able to download Files
- All to review and leave comments and approvals
- The speed of upload and downloading proofs
- Being able to retrieve password easily if forgotten.
Cons
- when choosing to update the structure , the layout could be adjusted
- switching the owner selection more prominent
- Lockout time could be a bit shorter if tying to sign in
- improved efficiency
- Time saved with commenting uploading approvals
