We are using Zip to funnel all new requests (purchases, services, contractors, renewals) and for vendor on-boarding.
Zip is used by the entire organization, requesters that want to make a purchase, approvers of the stakeholders, and by our vendors via the vendor portal
- Zip’s design is incredibly intuitive, the UX is magnitude better than typical procurement/finance software
- Easy configuration
- More documentation
- More options for notification configuration
- Currently no RFP support.
- Exceptionally sleek UI experience - Best Ive ever seen
- Essential integrations
- Creating 100% transparency to the procurement process!
- Visibility in to the overall procurement process
- Business speed and happy requesters
We haven’t really used another service like Zip before. Generally, we use Netsuite.
