Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter

We used this platform across our entire organization. It helped increase our viability for our open positions by adding to multiple recruiting sites. We operate within multiple markets so it is important to utilize multiple sites in order to get a good selection of qualified candidates. It was different than the other sites we have used.
  • Allows you to review resumes without the applicant applying.
  • User-friendly
  • Not as user-friendly as Indeed.
  • Has spread less across the US.
  • Positive: additional candidates.
  • Negative: not as universally used as Indeed.
Not as user-friendly as Indeed. Indeed will build a resume for applicants if they want and I am not sure if Zip Recruiter has this option.
It is average. They have the opportunity for growth and might be a good option if you are a bigger company that has a surplus of candidates.

Good to use as an alternative or if you want to take the time to search through resumes of the current pool of candidates. Takes more time to use than other sites and I think fewer people go on this site than others.
