Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
I use ZipRecruiter every day to find top candidates for roles I am trying to fill. It is one of the best platforms for top resumes.
- Easy to sort by time, location, keyword
- Easy to use in general-- nothing confusing
- Top resume database for recruiting
- The industry choices are limited and not ideal.
- When you type a boolean it sometimes "enters" on its own and makes you retype it all out.
- Have to buy resume reviews and we run out frequently. Definitely expensive platform.
- Extremely talented resumes.
- Gives the information so you can reach out directly (don't need to go through their email and have them accept it).
- Because there are so many resumes, we can constantly add new people to our internal system.
- Overall, ZipRecruiter gives us quality resumes, and this leads to us placing more people in jobs.
- When we run out of ZipRecruiter views, my day instantly becomes worse and harder.
- One of the easiest platforms to perform searches on.
I think ZipRecruiter is #2 on the list. Linkedin Recruiter is my favorite because it is easier to find and reach out to top talent. ZipRecruiter is #2 because it always delivers such quality resumes. It is easy to use and nothing is hidden. When I start working on a new job, I always go to ZipRecruiter within the day.
