Overall Satisfaction with ZipRecruiter
I tried to use ZipRecruiter to find candidates in my service business. The sign up process was very misleading, calculated and very unclear. After participating in the free trail and receiving nothing even close to a qualified candidate, I was immediately charged an excessive amount for the next month without even realizing it. BE VERY CAREFUL AND VERY CAUTIOUS. The customer service team did nothing to help and in fact ZipRecruiter was about to make another charge. They have a dedicated team to address this very common dispute with the credit card companies.

The candidates were terrible. They did not match the job post as promised. There is very little focus on the auto tech field and sent resume's that were not even close to being a proper fit. This was actually really disappointing and when inquired about it I was informed I was already charged over $560.00 which is bordering extortion. Customer service was so unresponsive that ZipRecruiter should be embarrassed.
Terrible experience all around. From poor candidates that had no experience to overcharged without knowing to a horrible customer service experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ZipRecruiter.
