Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use ZipRecruiter to post for open positions in the restaurant I work for. In the hospitality industry, it has become increasingly difficult to find talent with the skills and work ethic required for many of our open positions. ZipRecruiter helps to get the job across its platform to anyone who either searches or has similar skillsets to those required of the position.

I don't get to see much of this as I use an ATS for my jobs.

I mainly use ZipRecruiter through an Applicant Tracking System. When used this way for our company, it simply widens the net in terms of applicants that we receive. Generally speaking, with ZipRecruiter, we receive qualified applicants, just not as many as we do using Indeed, for example.
