Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Zoho Bookings is currently being tested to invite customers and schedule customer meetings, both in house and at the customer location.

We have also set up Zoho Bookings to reserve designated equipment to be checked out for a specific time period and show that it is not available at specific times/dates

Pros and Cons

Pros

Syncs with Outlook calendar
Sends meeting reminders
allows the customer to pick a date and time to schedule a meeting based on an agents live availability

Cons

Areas with room for improvement are training videos, some of the set up processes are somewhat confusing

Return on Investment

Zoho Bookings does not have either a positive or negative ROI as this is included with our Zoho Suite of features and we have enough licenses currently for anyone who would need access.
It would be a negative ROI if we needed to purchase additional licenses solely for our engineers or the entire organization, most of who do not need access to any of the other Zoho Suite of features.

Usability

Some of the integrations and features are harder to set up. Once everything is set up its fairly straightforward, but if like ATI you have multiple branches or departments utilizing Bookings, you would need to set up separate booking sites for each office/salesperson.

We have not used any other products like Zoho Bookings

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited for scheduling external customer meetings, so the customer sees the availability of a sales agent for any given day, and times that the agent is not available at all, based on an existing outlook calendar.

It also is well suited for reserving equipment or resources both for internal and external situations. Its also suited for if you're offering an internal training/meetings and have several time slots available, but want to put a limit on how many people can sign up for each timeslot.
