Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus
We use it to identify inbound phone calls to identify if they are an existing customer or a new customer. If they are an existing customer, we are easily able to view past sales details to customize the ordering processing. In addition, we heavily use the salesIQ feature to chat with online customers and field online questions/issues.
Pros

- Ease of integration with external apps
- All of the CRM Plus apps automatically interact with each other.
Cons
- Clear guidance of what is/isn't included in the CRM Plus pack -- what level does CRM Plus provide compared to the individual app tiers.
- Able to provide better customer service leveraging the latest technologies (SalesIQ)
- Able to increase average customer spend by being able to quickly and easily identify known customers and their prefferences
