Overall Satisfaction with Zoho CRM Plus

We use Zoho CRM Plus for lead management, CRM, and help desk software. It helps us collect and consolidate customer data from their first visit to our website all the way through the sales funnel to conversion and customer support.

One of the easiest and most intuitive UI experiences of any business app I've ever used.
Great price, month-to-month terms.
As a small business with limited resources to devote to learning a new CMS, Zoho is remarkably easy to understand and set up. We had been using Salesforce and we're treading water for months trying to get it to do what we needed it to do. With Zoho, we were up in running in a couple of weeks. And it does everything we need it to. I'm consistently surprised with everything Zoho has thought of - all of this functionality in a single app was a pleasant surprise.
