Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Mail

We use Zoho Mail as our main email client. It works well. Great reminders. Can get alerts if required. Integrated Calendar. All the usual things. There is a desktop app that allows you to keep working even when you are offline - as well as the browser version (which is essentially the same UI). I can recommend it.

Pros

  • Groups conversations together
  • Seamless calendar integration
  • Very quick to launch
  • Manage several email accounts from one screen

Cons

  • It does allow for notifications for various things, but I am not sure where to turn them all off
  • It only counts to 9 the unread email alert, then says 9+
  • Overall I don't think there is much they need to work on.
  • We have several email accounts for a low cost
  • Easy to train new staff on the system
  • Some confusion exists over Zoho One accounts and what is included
It is very easy to use and does all you need. It sends newsletters to their own folder. A notification folder for more important things. The Spam folder collect the right amount of spam emails.
Zoho Mail is more professional. Good control features. Works smoothly. Great value. Highly recommended.

I have used Zoho Mail for about 8 years. I see no issues with it. It works very well. I recommend Zoho Mail to any business person that needs a good, stable mail service.
