Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Recruit

We used it as an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage job applicants as they moved through the process of recruitment.

Pros

  • Automatically extracts applicant information from a CV
  • Manages applicants' various stages in the process

Cons

  • Overall user interface is confusing at times
  • Sometimes the automatic extraction of applicant information is glitchy
  • It was useful when we needed it and saved time (i.e., provided value in excess of its cost)
  • It helped us find the right candidate
The user interface looks clunky and designed by engineers. I suspect it didn't undergo much user testing.
I think Zoho Recruit is cheaper and better for small teams who do not require a lot of functionality.
