Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I love the way Zoho Reports integrates with ZohoCRM. It also stands alone very well. The ease in which in connects to our external data sources and visualized that data is exactly what I was looking for. The charts and tools are many, and they are very responsive to suggestions for my custom needs as well. The experience has been very professional and I expect to grow my use of Reports even more in the coming months.

Pros and Cons

I needed a good tool for proprietary stock market data. This data is NOT publicly available and required a stand alone tool to visualize it. ZohoReports was a very good fit. We will be integrating it into client tools for deeper reporting analytics.

I'm working with the Reports teams to add some very high level functionality to proprietary stock trading data. This will be something not found in the world of financial charting. Zoho Reports will potentially be breaking new ground and opening up a whole new area of market data visualization.

Huge range of sources supported and extremely easy to integrate.

Collaboration and Sharing

The team finds it very useful and interactive. We've found it not just a tool, but a whole foundation platform on which to grow and Saas analytics portal. Much more to come. The potential is very exciting indeed.

Likelihood to Recommend

Reports is very well suited when you need (among other use cases) to add a snippet/widget to a third party site or portal. It allows you to run and your reports and visualizations within Reports and then copy the snippet code to be displayed on another page or site. Very useful in our use case.
