Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Reports
My organization uses Zoho Reports for tracking paid marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook and real-time bidding platforms. We track metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR etc., across all ad campaigns across multiple platforms for all our clients. Zoho Reports is an excellent tool for tracking and optimizing campaigns. I especially like the capability to write MySQL codes which enables us to implement custom optimizaton logics. In addition, the automated mailers let us send weekly reports to all our clients in an automated fashion. This has made things very easy for us and I would recommend it to any mid-size company which deals with data
- Ability to write MySQL codes including Inner and Left joins has helped immensely in putting together data from disparate sources.
- Ability to send automated mailers has helped in sending weekly reports to clients without any manual intervention.
- Ability to sync data automatically from MySQL tables has helped in moving data seamlessly into Zoho Reports.
- Should improve the visual aspects of charts and tables. For some of our clients we had to consider other visualization tools for generating good looking reports.
- Should enable multi level SQL codes on over another. Currently it lets only 3 Select statements one inside other.
- Should make it more fast, some of the reports and tables take time to load.
The single reason I chose Zoho reports over other such platforms is the fact it is well integrated with other Zoho products like Creator, CRM which we use as well. In addition, it is very easy to sync with MySQL tables and offers MySQL coding.
