Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social
We use Zoho for its all in one social media management capabilities. So far we have had no issues with it. It's affordable with great functionality!
- Monitoring Social Media accounts
- Posting across all platforms
- Scheduled posts
- Adding media is a bit of a long process
- Deleting posts directly from the app does not work for some social media platforms adding that would be a plus
- More active on Socials because the process is easier
