Zoho Social helps marketers in small to large organizations to grow the social media presence of their brand with actionable insights focused on content and engagement.

Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

I started using Zoho Social about a month ago for my own business. Previously, I used it as a social media manager for another business. I love some of the embedded features, such as the ability to create reels and stories, as well as the option to make the "first comment" on some channels. Overall, I have found this to be the best value for the price.

I run a small weather service for the Connemara region of Ireland. Zoho Social makes the task so much easier. It is easy to use, well laid out and all the various channel metrics are to hand, both on the app and website. It makes knowing how a brand is doing very easy and the information is ideal and shows the growth or decline in an easy to understand way. I have used several similar packages and Zoho Social is the one that I am staying with.

Zoho Social is really intuitive with loads of great features. I started on the free version which was helpful, but ended up moving on to the premium version so that I could do things like scheduling and bulk uploads.
I particularly like that it integrates with Google My Business, which I've not seen in other software.

It's app is also very good...

Without Zoho Social, its has been difficult to manage multiple social media accounts, and now at least its all in one application. Much easier for me to create posts and deploy across multiple networks. Similar to Meta Business Suite, where I can schedule posts and wait for them to go live, but in this instance, with 8 other platforms, including my personal LinkedIn profile. I'm still in the early stages of usage, but have high hopes on what engagement can be driven to my business profiles, and hopefully some day soon, to increased sales.

It's helpful as a small charity to be able to draft and schedule social posts and campaigns far ahead of time. I use Zoho Social for social media marketing and insights. As a content creator, it is very important for me to know how my content is doing at any given time, to know whether or not my audience is growing, and to pull reports on content performance for brand partners. Zoho Social makes it easy to do that with all of the features they offer to let you see your account's engagement, audience performance, and more. The best part is that you can see all of your different accounts at the same time, customize the dashboard how you like to view and pull reports for each platform or all at the same time.

We have content, but posting it across social media is a challenge. We tried a few of the others, but this is the one that seems to be used by the developers, with the small bugs built out, and the tricks built in.

I am a complete beginner in the field of social networks. I have a small business and started a small Facebook channel. I've been amazed at how easy Zoho Social makes it to manage and monitor my channel. Really worth a try. It's easy to manage your channel without having to go to Facebook. For me this is ideal because I don't waste time and I do everything from my browser without switching tabs. I would prefer the free plan to have more options, but surely if you have increased needs, paid plans will cover you.

I work with Zoho Social because its easy to use, user-friendly, has all the premium services of any leading software like Hootsuite, Sprout. Its very affordable compare to those giants, do exactly the same thing. Would love to stick around with Zoho for a while. Let's see how they perform after a year.

We are a new startup started using Zoho Social right from the inception. We use ZohoSocial mainly for the Social Media integration, Social Media post automation and for post analytics. We are planning to use the premium version of Zoho Social once very soon. Costwise it is little higher side for the small company but the services they provide were worth the cost.

I use Zoho Social to integrate with all my social media, schedule posts and maintain a constant presence.

I can also monitor my progress, all the data being displayed on a single report page.

I used Zoho Social to organize and manage posting to multiple platforms, tweak the posts to the circumstances on each platform, and to schedule those posts. I't's also helpful to monitor the states, and select posts for revision and reposting. I do with it would show me a longer trail of posting history, organized by channel. And I'm still waiting for them to add BluSky, Threads, and other emerging platforms.
