Zoho Social provides marketers with pre-publishing insights based on the engagement level of previous posts and the activity of their audience. Zoho Social even goes a step ahead to shows users the percentage of their audience that’s likely to see their post now, suggests the next best time to post and lets them schedule a post to go out at the same time of the day in different time-zones.

Zoho Social's real-time monitoring dashboard helps marketing teams listen to what’s being said about their brand. Users can search and track a keyword; and respond when they need to. Instant notifications ensure quick reactions and guarantee that no relevant conversations are missed.

Is it very user friendly. I learned the entire platform within maybe an hour to two hours. I love every about this platform except for one aspect. If they can try to emmulate the analytics of Hootsuite I think it would make them that much better. Regarding everything else, I wouldn't have them change a thing.

I came across it searching for a social media app that also handled Mastodon. Zoho Social was one of the very few. And they constantly add new channels and well laid out metrics.

Everything is intuitively accessible and has a good interface. It has many functions I haven't even explored and allows me to use them as needed, but the basic functions are easily found and it got me started quickly. I'm using it daily and it supports my worksflow for social media management and putting out content with ease.

So far it has been easy to use the application, time saving, it loads fast, it´s well organized, I like a can see the programmed posts in a calendar and I like that allows you to add more social media channels that other applications. I would like Zoho Social to allow to autopublish more times in a daily basis

It logs you in directly to the screen you need to use, and our use reason of this software is to share posts on our social media accounts at one place. It also warns you about platform specific issues as you prepare your post. Its integration interfaces are great, easy to use, and have clear and helpful instructions.

Simplicity, efficacy and effectiveness. Enables me to concentrate on other areas of the business knowing that the basics are covered but that also I can ramp up with minimum fuss when time allows or circumstances dictate. Not a platform that needs to be micro-managed, whoever is using it or wherever they are using it.

A bit of repetition from previous screens but ultimately I wrote down what success looked like for me if I was to choose a social media tool, and how that would positively impact my business. From assessing all the tools out there, I also had a matrix of what tool offered what functionality. Once I had both reports prepared, I had a top 3 which matched the needs I had from a tool, and, for me, Zoho Social stood out head and shoulders above the competition

Because of everything I have already said in the review, in my opinion, Zoho Social is by far one of the best CRM, Social, bookings, schedule, review, everything apps out there. I think what makes them one of the best is that all of their apps are user friendly and you dont have to have a degree in marketing or computers to use them.
