Overall Satisfaction with Zoho Social

Zoho Social is used to manage our client's social media accounts. It is straight forward to use and has all the information there on one platform. This makes the job so much easier. We've tried others but think this platform is the best.

Pros

  • You can see all posts at once for a brand which ensures no repetition.
  • Clear and easy to use platform.

Cons

  • Sometimes thumbnail images from websites don't pull through - possible issue between Siteground and Zoho Social
  • Easy to use and saves time

This is an excellent platform. Only one issue is the SmartIQ slot no longer works for LinkedIn.
