Overall Satisfaction with Zomentum

Currently as the sole sales person, I use Zomentum as our quoting/proposal and sales pipeline tracker. We were previously using ConnectWise Manage + ConnnectWise Sell, but found the features to be lacking, interface to be bland, and the client experience sub-par. Zomentum has elevated our sales experience significantly.

  • Reduced license costs compared to CW Sell
  • Improved conversion rates on quotes/proposals
  • Improved brand recognition / client experience
CW Sell felt antiquated and out of date.
Proposify was cost prohibitive, but could have satisfied our requirements
Zomentum has been amazing as it evolves along with our business (PSA integrations/Etilize/POs)

From implementation to ongoing utilization, the interfaces have always been very easy to understand. Support has been fantastic for confirming whether limitations exist, or features will be added.
Amazing support! I felt like an integral part of the R&D/QA team!
Any next-gen MSP should be utlizing Zomentum to elevate their sales game.
