Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom was implemented to replace WebEx company wide. For the users, Webex was confusing to use. They always call in IT in a standby mode just in case they have issues with Webex.
- Interface is extremely clean and easy to navigate
- Support is amazing
- Very quick turnarounds for product updates that address current issues
- Audio quality sometimes missing the mark
- Need to have integration partners who can help set up system in bigger conference rooms (ceiling mic, speakers, cameras, etc)
- Users no longer need IT hand-holding for every conference call
We love the Zoom Room experience. Starting a meeting with one touch is great! Audio quality sometimes is not as great as the video.
