Overall Satisfaction with Zoom

Zoom was implemented to replace WebEx company wide. For the users, Webex was confusing to use. They always call in IT in a standby mode just in case they have issues with Webex.

Pros

  • Interface is extremely clean and easy to navigate
  • Support is amazing
  • Very quick turnarounds for product updates that address current issues

Cons

  • Audio quality sometimes missing the mark
  • Need to have integration partners who can help set up system in bigger conference rooms (ceiling mic, speakers, cameras, etc)
  • Users no longer need IT hand-holding for every conference call
We love the Zoom Room experience. Starting a meeting with one touch is great! Audio quality sometimes is not as great as the video.
BlueJeans was way too expensive. Webex was stable but hard to use
Suitable for conferences for few users.
