Overall Satisfaction with Zoom Rooms

We use Zoom Rooms as I only platform for virtual meetings. This includes individuals and Zoom rooms in all our meetings. It is always seamless and very easy to use. Overall I would highly recommend it for any organization. If anyone is planning to look at a new product, this is the way to go

Pros

  • Very easy
  • Great quality
  • Great sound

Cons

  • Sometimes the integration with other systems are a problem
  • Cost is very expensive
  • Chat feature is very basic
  • Cost is a big issue
  • External users sometimes have issues connecting
