Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Our entire organization uses Zoom. I don't know what Zoom does differently from Google Hangouts but it's waaaaaay better. Zoom is lighting fast and very good at maintaining a stable connection. I'm a fan.
- Fast, reliable, high-quality and dead simple to use.
- They could use a little design help on the UI side. It's not the most well laid out and the usability is a little wonky. Guessing it's an engineering led company.
- Since we have 5 offices around the world, we rely on Zoom everyday. Without it, we would have a tough time getting things done. Being able to screen-share and discuss materials with someone across the globe is a huge improvement to our collaboration.
Zoom is so much better than both RingCentral and Google Hangouts. Hands down.
