We use Zoom in our organization to communicate in our offices across the country. We hold our monthly and quarterly meetings, departmental meetings, and trainings over Zoom. It allows us to have everyone as if they're in one room. It makes screensharing and video casting easy and accessible for everyone in our company.

Easy sharing capabilities. There are multiple ways to have someone join your meeting - our goto is creating a link to share with our teams.
Calendar/Recurring meeting option. This is awesome for our daily meetings that our employees sometimes join remotely. It allows us to create a Zoom meeting and integrates directly with our Calendar to include the appropriate people and information.
It has the same functionality, but this allows us to invite non-Gsuite customers to meetings. We selected Zoom specifically for the integration with our conference video call hardware and the flexibility of being able to use it on our desktops or as an app on our phones. It has been a great solution.
This is a great communication tool for remote teams and employees. The flexibility to either dial in or join via video has been praised time and again in our office. We also appreciate their integration with our intercom/camera/loud speaker device so that we can broadcast to our TV.
