Zoom is an excellent tool for video conferences through the web. It is being used across the entire organization. Video conferencing at its best.
- Excellent software for video conferences through the web but also has multiple functionalities. Screen sharing is one of them.
- Chat functionality is very good, it keeps you connected in real time.
- All the meetings can be recorded with a click of a button.

- It is ideal for video conferencing. I would like to have the ability to make group presentations and share a computer screen with a large number of participants possible.
- Ability to attend a meeting via mobile device as well as a desktop
- Remote meetings with remote users: We are able to stay connected to each other no matter where we are working.

Zoom has better video quality and better screen sharing. Zoom creates automatic meeting transcripts when you record a meeting. Webex does not. Zoom offers a simple plugin to integrate with Skype for Business.. WebEx requires a very complex workaround.
