Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
I use Zoom specifically for my podcast which is where I video chat with most of my clients and guests and upload to my show. This helps cross-promote my business and instills trust in potential clients. Zoom has helped my business by ensuring that I am able to communicate with each of my guests efficiently with minimal interruptions in quality, in both video and audio.
- Minimal interruptions/distortions in audio or video quality. This is a major component of using video conferencing software.
- Easy-to-use and user friendly UI.
- Free version has everything I need for 1 on 1 interviews.
- Perhaps adding a third person on a video conference with the free version could be a great addition.
- Adding a free webinar feature could be another addition.
- A lower Pro plan pricing would be beneficial.
- Helped me comfortably chat with my podcast guests without the need to meet up in person.
- Reduced travel cost for meeting with podcast guests.
- Helps me develop an online presence for my business.
Did not manage to utilize Zoom Rooms during my time spent with the software.

Zoom manages to keep everything simple when it comes down to the invitation process, usability, and never having any connectivity issues. Compared to other software, in which I've had countless issues with before starting my podcast, Zoom manages to keep constant disruptions and organizational issues away. Using Zoom has simplified recording and video conferencing in exporting, interaction, and overall client connection.
