Overall Satisfaction with Zoom
Zoom is being used by several departments by key employees responsible for outside communication with vendors and clients. Most of the time it is audio-only, but we have been using more and more of video and this helps us to look more personable.
- Works the first time.
- Easy to use (limited training needed for my employees).
- Easy to Manage.
- Better email visuals (When setting up a meeting in Outlook with Zoom, it's plain text and not attractive).
- Difference between creating a meeting right now vs a recurring meeting (I end up doing the wrong thing until I really look at the description).
- It works when we expect it to! (We came from Skype Business, and it was a constant nightmare).
- Better communication between our remote employees and corporate office.
- Better face towards potential clients.

Zoom just WORKS. For big events, we would have to test Skype the day before. However, after all the headache of setting up certain speakers, webcams, and microphones, the next day it would STILL NOT WORK. This was without touching the laptop! However, with zoom, on the first setup and in little time, we had the same setup working flawlessly.
